Billy- 2015 ref

Updated old Billy ref

I cleaned a bit his personality and look. Might later add some more info here in description, but for now this is it! In addition this is mine first pixel ref try, so this was also pretty experimental and painful experience. I liked it all in all. Kinda bugged out that is not as detailed as previous one, but oh well.... Fun.
